Job Summary
Role involves assessing client needs, developing tailored strategies and treatment plans; coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams (social workers, doctors, psychologists) and scheduling treatment/recovery programs; researching and connecting clients to community, government, and clinical resources; crisis triage and assignment of appropriate staff; program development and advocacy to support clients and the broader community; administrative management of case files and schedules. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with licensure in Alaska (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent); strong organizational, empathetic, and self-directed approach; on-site duties in Anchorage, Alaska.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to become licensed or possess current licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Alaska
