Job Summary
Mental Health Clinician (Case Manager) coordinates care for clients with complex emotional and behavioral health needs; assesses client needs, develops tailored treatment strategies, and connects clients to community, government, and clinical resources. Collaborates with social workers, doctors, and psychologists to plan health services; triages crises and assigns appropriate staff; develops new programs, advocates for clients, and organizes documentation. Requires a Master’s degree and licensure in Alaska (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent); proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple cases. Schedule includes flexible options with supervision for licensure pursuit.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Ability to become licensed or possess current licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Alaska
