Job Summary
Part-time Mental Health Clinician provides trauma-informed mental health counseling to victims of violence and their families under the HVIP program. Responsibilities include clinical assessment and intervention, crisis intervention, case management, advocacy and support, collaboration with hospital staff and community partners, documentation and reporting, and training. Requires a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field and at least four years of clinical experience; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; bilingual English/Spanish strongly recommended. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining records, producing monthly/quarterly/annual HVIP progress reports, and representing PRAB in external meetings. Work arrangement is flexible hybrid with local travel; compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with individuals in clinical settings
- Pass all required criminal background checks
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
