Job Summary
Provide trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based therapy to adults and clients served within FBH outpatient services, including intake assessments, risk assessments, crisis intervention, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team; maintain confidential client records, develop and implement care plans with measurable goals, and facilitate groups and community-based services across virtual, office, and community settings; requires Master’s degree, WA credential application within 30 days, and valid driver’s license with willingness to use a personal vehicle; compensation includes hourly pay with potential productivity incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field from an accredited college or university
- Must apply for a Counselor Agency Affiliated – Registered credential from the WA State Department of Health within 30 days of hire
- Must have an unrestricted and valid driver’s license, active car insurance and must be willing to use their personal vehicle in the course of work
