Mental Health Clinician

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop individualized service plans for referred individuals while managing Continued Stay Authorization paperwork. Monitor service plan implementation, address pending denials by contacting managed care organizations, and provide direct case management services as needed. Lead clinical supervision for Case Managers, deliver staff training including new employee orientation, and identify clinical areas requiring strengthening through targeted training. Maintain accurate documentation adhering to agency, Medicaid, and managed care standards. Complete mandatory annual training in Handle with Care, CPR, First Aid, Human Rights, and HIPAA.
