Mental Health Clinician

Provide weekly individual and/or group therapy to clients addressing mental health challenges, trauma, substance use, and reintegration needs. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on Department of healthcare standards, gather information from clients and collateral sources, and complete progress notes for all sessions and crisis interventions. Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions at the assigned facility while maintaining professional boundaries and awareness of applicable laws and licensing requirements. Maintain accurate client records, ensure all release of information paperwork is current, and report significant incidents to APS/PD as mandated. Participate in internal and external organization meetings and training as directed by the supervisor.
