Job Summary
As a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor at OhioGuidestone, you will provide counseling services while supervising therapists in the Four County region. You will manage staff development, ensure fiscal accountability for programs, and oversee compliance with various regulations. Responsibilities include developing programs, providing individual and group therapy, and participating in treatment conferences. You need a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field with an Ohio LISW, LPCC, or LICDC certification. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related training in Psychology or Counseling with an Ohio LISW, LPCC or LICDC required
- Ability to take and pass a physical exam, tuberculosis test, and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- LISW-S or LPCC-S with 3 years post independent license experience preferred
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance

- Must maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of management
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
