Job Summary
Part-Time Visiting Professor in Mental Health Clinical Faculty within Chamberlain University's BSN program, teaching across Honolulu, Oahu, Maui, Lanai, and Kauai campuses with a hybrid schedule of four in-office days per week. Responsibilities include clinical teaching, direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students, planning clinical experiences, developing and posting clinical assignments, remediation support, ensuring compliance with agency and college policies, and contributing to program development and assessment. Requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing, an active nursing license (Illinois RN license preferred to teach Illinois-based courses), and 2+ years of nursing practice. The role emphasizes professional mentorship, collaboration with staff and students, and maintaining high standards of clinical education across multiple Hawaii sites.

- 2+ years experience within last five years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse. Required
- Professional Nurse licensure is required in the state of practice. Required
- Illinois RN License will be required to teach all courses (course assignments prioritized to professors who are currently licensed in Illinois)
