Job Summary
Part-Time Visiting Professor role focusing on clinical teaching of nursing students; implement the College's philosophy, curriculum, and course objectives through clinical teaching and supervision; plan clinical experiences, supervise and evaluate nursing students in clinical settings; provide remediation and feedback; stay current with agency/clinical policies; develop assignments aligned to student knowledge and skills; may teach didactic content under supervision; collaborate with administration and faculty to improve operations and student satisfaction; maintain professional standards and compliance with regulatory rules; requires Master's Degree in Nursing and 2+ years MH nursing practice with current state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing Required
- 2+ years experience within last five years in the practice of Mental Health as a registered nurse. Required
- Professional Nurse licensure is required in the state of practice. Required
