Job Summary
Oversee clinic operations by managing staff performance, recruiting therapists, and conducting ongoing training to ensure adherence to clinical and operational policies. Direct hiring processes, implement performance coaching or improvement plans, and handle basic human resources tasks while supervising staff development. Develop and sustain relationships with referral partners, execute clinic outreach and networking, and maintain organizational leadership to meet fiscal goals. Collaborate closely with the Clinic Owner to address staffing expectations and clinical revenue needs. This role offers a path to Clinic Director, overseeing operational efficiencies and financial management across multiple clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a Colorado-issued clinical practice license (IE: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedure
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams, as well as electronic health records
- Comfortable or able to quickly learn Mac computer operating systems
