Job Summary
Directs the Outpatient Mental Health Clinics by leading recruitment, supervision, coaching, training, and scheduling of therapists; oversees day-to-day operations, planning, growth, and program development in collaboration with day and residential programs to serve adults with severe/profound mental illness; on-site, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm with virtual availability evenings and Saturdays as needed; requires Maryland licensure (LCSW-C/LCPC/LCMFT) and Clinical Supervisor approval; responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision, staff productivity and program growth, recruitment, onboarding of interns, caseload coordination, crisis intervention, and ensuring fiscal accountability; location: Germantown, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Maryland licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT and approved Clinical Supervisor by the Maryland Board (BSWE or BOPC)
- 2 years of successful management experience including formal staff supervision and fiscal/growth responsibilities
- 5 years of hands-on experience working with individuals dealing with mental illness
- Familiarity with Risk Management, Cultural Diversity, CARF Accreditation process, and Maryland's public mental health system
- Ability to clear background check and drug screening
