Mental Health Clinic Clinical Director

Provide clinical oversight and supervision to clinic clinicians, reviewing and signing documentation for limited-license providers while ensuring quality and compliance. Recruit, interview, onboard, and train clinical staff, conducting regular performance and caseload reviews to hold team members accountable for productivity and attendance. Manage performance coaching and improvement plans as needed to build a collaborative culture, while monitoring productivity, patient retention, and staffing needs to drive clinic growth. Partner with operations and patient access teams to support utilization targets. Maintain a weekly clinical caseload of 15 patient sessions.
