Mental Health Associate, PTRC, 32 Hours, Nights

Conduct direct patient care on inpatient and/or outpatient mental health units, including treatment planning, milieu safety assessments, and group activity leadership. Perform patient safety checks, vital signs monitoring, and procedures such as EKGs and phlebotomy as assigned. Maintain patient logs, organize care charts, and document daily progress notes while communicating behavioral observations to the Registered Nurse. De-escalate anxious patients and utilize restraint policies when necessary. Work night shifts (2300-0730) for 32 hours, adhering to every-other-weekend and holiday schedules.
