Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Residential Associate to support adults with serious mental illness at Clear Vue RTH. Responsibilities include supporting life skills development, meal preparation, medication administration, and maintaining clinical documentation. Candidates eligible for QMHA registration are preferred, with flexibility in qualifications through experience or education.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field;
- Minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting;
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record;
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Successful completion of crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings.
Additional Requirements
- Driving is an essential function of this position.
- Candidates must register as a QMHA through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) if not already registered.
