Job Summary
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in behavioral health. The Mental Health Associate position at the Willamette Rose Residential Treatment Facility offers the opportunity to support adults with serious mental illness through life skills development and therapeutic interventions. Full-time shifts are Saturday through Tuesday, 1:00pm - 11:30pm, with an hourly wage of $20-$22 depending on experience, plus shift differentials for nights and bilingual skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field;
- Minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting;
- Equivalent combination of behavioral science education and behavioral health experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check

- Driving is an essential function of this position.
- Must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence within 30 days of hire.
