Mental Health Assoc - Psych Child

Assist licensed nursing staff in providing and documenting patient care, including activities of daily living for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Perform therapeutic interventions such as group therapy, one-on-one counseling, and crisis intervention while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. Provide emotional support by listening to concerns and helping patients develop coping strategies, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with treatment plans. Utilize education to teach new skills and facilitate interdisciplinary communication with the supervising RN.
