Mental Health and Disabilities Services Professional

Assure programs meet 100% of Federal Performance Standards for children with mental health concerns and behavior issues. Develop and monitor children's IEP or IFSP progress while providing classroom support and parent education on a case-by-case basis. Lead annual developmental screenings such as the ASQ and coordinate services with Birth-to-Three and Norwalk Public Schools to ensure successful push-in and child busing services. This full-time role works closely with the Management team and Teaching staff to support special needs children within the Greater Norwalk Head Start/Early Head Start program.
