Job Summary

Oversee clients' adherence to Adult Residential Facility program guidelines while providing direct care and supervision. Assist with activities of daily living including toileting, dressing, and showering, and escort residents to planned groups to maintain a 1:6 ratio. Lead mental health discussions and community meetings, ensure timely medication administration, and document all health changes in the medication log. Monitor resident conditions, perform safety checks, and report behavioral or physical changes to the Wellness Coordinator. Maintain room cleanliness, coordinate with housekeeping for maintenance needs, and ensure residents attend mealtimes. Work AM, PM, or NOC shifts from Friday to Monday.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role of providing care in a behavioral health setting
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background clearance as required by Community Care Licensing/Department of Social Services
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Knowledge of moderate to severe mental illness
  • Knowledge of behavioral interventions
  • Knowledge of de-escalation techniques
  • Demonstrated knowledge of boundaries

  • Demonstrated knowledge of ethical standards in mental health care
