Job Summary
As a Mental Health Advocate, you'll be an integrated member of the PACT team providing clinical assessment, service planning, wellness counseling, and case management to meet client needs. Responsibilities include advocating for service needs, coordinating entitlements and benefits, locating safe and affordable housing, managing representative payee duties, and supporting vocational opportunities for individuals served.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health science
- Two (2) years of experience in provision of mental health services
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Pre-employment drug screening
