Job Summary
Provide care and support to adults with mental illness in a residential treatment setting; collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement strategies to support residents, teach self-help techniques, assist with daily living skills, and help residents gain independence in the community. Maintain up-to-date confidential records, encourage residents to access wellbeing services, initiate peer support, participate in treatment activities, and support Service Plan goals. Rotate through days, evenings, and overnight shifts with potential on-call coverage. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid NYS Driver’s License; paid training available.
Required Qualifications
