Job Summary
Mental health administrative and marketing support for a remote, US-based practice. Core duties include Patient Support & Scheduling (handling incoming calls, educating patients on services, scheduling and reminders, excellent customer service), Patient Intake & Administrative Support (new patient onboarding in Simple Practice, insurance pre-qualification, maintaining records, coordinating documentation, client communication), and Marketing & Practice Growth Support (updating Psychology Today profile, website content updates, supporting Google Ads campaigns, improving online visibility and patient acquisition). Requirements include experience with Simple Practice, healthcare/behavioral health background, strong English communication, insurance verification and scheduling, basic website editing, exposure to Google Ads or digital marketing, HIPAA/Cybersecurity training options, and being able to work as an independent contractor remotely from the Philippines. Optional perks include HIPAA training, performance training, and client-specific allowances; tools and resources provided for contract work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Simple Practice
- Previous healthcare, behavioral health, psychology, or mental health practice experience preferred
- Strong patient communication and customer service skills
- Experience with patient intake, insurance verification, and scheduling
- Basic website editing experience
- Exposure to Google Ads or digital marketing support
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable balancing administrative and marketing responsibilities
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
