Job Summary
As a Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in the overnight shift, provide for the physical and emotional needs of clients in a cottage setting and participate in a multidisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities include providing meals and snacks, assisting with personal care, monitoring medication, intervening in crisis situations, and fostering a positive, structured group living environment. Attend treatment team meetings and contribute to implementing treatment plans. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a Class E driver’s license with a good driving record, strong customer service orientation, excellent time management, and proficient communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, email). Must be 21 or older with a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check. Required Qualifications
