Job Summary
Analyze store and department sales data to adjust strategies, maximize revenue, and plan weekly commercial initiatives with the Store Director. Oversee store layouts, visual merchandising, and seasonal planning while managing in-store furniture, lighting, and mannequins to align with brand identity. Lead the Commercial team through daily updates, training, and succession planning, ensuring strict adherence to payroll, HR, and security procedures. Monitor cash desk operations, manage stock levels, and drive sustainability initiatives across the store.
Required Qualifications
- Previous fashion retail experience
- Experience in Merchandising
- Proven record of creating and implementing successful commercial actions
- High level of numeracy
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Keynote
Desired Qualifications
- A fashion/textile design qualification
