Job Summary
As a Buying Admin at REVOLVE, you will assist the buying department with daily tasks, enter and manage orders, and develop strong relationships with vendors, sales analysts, and the buying team. You will understand the buying process and complete administrative duties, including order entry and management, reviewing order confirmations, tagging trend and product details, resolving discrepancies and shipping updates, sending selling reports to vendors, handling vendor forms and paperwork, coordinating sample requests, and maintaining general filing and timely email communications. The role requires a degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Merchandising Management or a related field (or equivalent showroom/retail experience), proficiency with Gmail, Excel, Word, and online navigation, and typically involves a permanent full-time schedule in California. Preferred candidates have at least one year of showroom or buying-office experience in the fashion industry; strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines are essential. A salary range of $18 to $19 per hour is provided for California, with a formal base compensation discussion during hiring.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Merchandising Management or similar field
- In lieu of a degree, experience in a showroom or luxury retail environment
- Proficient in Gmail, Excel, Word and online navigation
- Previous experience with data entry
