Job Summary
Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause, assessing symptoms and developing treatment plans including prescribing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal medications. Maintain timely documentation while adhering to clinical, privacy, and compliance standards. This 1099 independent contractor role requires an active Texas license (CNM, NP, or WHNP) with at least three years of menopause care experience. Compensation is per-visit, ranging approximately $100 to $120 per active visit hour, with no guaranteed minimum earnings. You choose your availability and may accept or decline visit opportunities. Pomelo provides administrative support, billing, credentialing assistance, and optional clinical forums to facilitate your practice.
Required Qualifications
- Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Texas
- Minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience
- Experience with prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx
- Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits
