Job Summary
Set up bar areas, mix cocktails, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while confirming proof of age. Transition equipment between bar locations during events, manage heavy coolers and glass racks, and break down the bar by racking glassware and packing beverages for pickup. Assess beverage products upon arrival, report safety hazards, and maintain cleanliness of bar areas and floors. Work in extreme weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and wind. This mobile, project-based role supports the Menlo Circus Club in Atherton, CA, ensuring positive guest experiences across indoor and outdoor venues.
