Job Summary
Facilitates and leads the development, coordination, and implementation of the Mendomi program for the plant, focusing on employee engagement and wellness. Responsibilities include coaching improvement events, acting as a liaison to boost participation, creating communication strategies, conducting program assessments, and developing engagement activities and materials. Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in standard business software.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline plus 2 to 4 years of experience
- High School Diploma plus 4 to 6 years of related experience
