Job Summary
Lead end-to-end application development using the Mendix low-code platform, translating architectural designs into actionable tasks and ensuring output aligns with blueprints. Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the Mendix stack while maintaining code quality, performance, and integrity throughout the application lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Mendix Experts and solution architects to deliver scalable solutions, balancing hands-on development with technical leadership and mentorship responsibilities. Drive development activities to ensure alignment with architectural vision and design standards while independently handling complex challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall application development experience
- strong focus on Mendix platform development
- Advanced-level expertise in Mendix tools, components, and best practices
- Proven experience leading development efforts in enterprise or large-scale projects
- Strong hands-on experience in application troubleshooting, performance optimization, and quality assurance
- Solid understanding of application architecture and design principles within a low-code environment
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support developers at different proficiency levels
