Men's Soccer Assistant Coach

Job Summary
Conduct daily practice coordination, pre-season conditioning planning, and team recruitment for the ACC men's soccer program. Assist the head coach with equipment maintenance, storage, and compliance with College, conference, and NJCAA policies. Travel with the team to all games and tournaments while supporting student athletes' academic and personal development. Provide fundraising and promotional functions alongside administrative duties. Work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends, during the August to October season. Requires current CPR and First Aid certification, strong computer skills, and demonstrated administrative leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Coaching experience at any level
- Demonstrated administrative and leadership qualities
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong computer skills including computer, phone, e-mail and text messaging
- Willingness to work outside of normal hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel with team to all games and tournaments
