Job Summary
Director of Player Personnel for Penn State Men’s Ice Hockey. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach on player personnel issues, overseeing individual player video and analytics, developing player development plans, coordinating with Pegula Staff and Morgan Academic Center for scheduling, assisting in hiring and supervising student managers, events management, scheduling non-conference and tournament games, liaising with conference and other departments, compiling and organizing player stats and analytics, coordinating summer camps, coordinating recruiting visits, organizing video content and providing clips/analytics to coaches and athletes, and contributing to alumni relations and development efforts. Familiarity with Catapult is desirable; role involves collaboration with Athletics units and compliance. Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree; minimum 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent) with clearances; salary range $51,000–$81,500; full-time, permanent employment at Penn State with comprehensive benefits.

- 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
- Valid driver's license and motor vehicle records check
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of job duties
