Men's Fashion/Men's Swim Specialty Shop Manager

Shop Manager for Men’s Fashion and Men’s Swim specialty focused on meeting/exceeding personal sales goals, delivering excellent customer experiences, and serving as a knowledge expert on location, price, and merchandise use. Responsibilities include inventory analysis and merchandising decisions to meet Scheels standards, stocking and setting up promotional displays, professional vendor and outside sales communication, training associates on product knowledge and proper merchandise use, leading weekly sales/product knowledge meetings, maintaining safety and accuracy in reporting, and ensuring team accountability with positive, energetic collaboration. Must be able to read/interpret safety and operating manuals, perform basic math, and present information effectively in one-on-one or small groups; ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education and experience requirements emphasize a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 months related experience or training.
