Job Summary
Sales Outfitter provides friendly customer service, greets and assists shoppers, demonstrates products, replenishes shelf stock, maintains product knowledge, and promotes programs (including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up) to help customers make buying decisions. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, following merchandising guidelines, keeping the sales floor neat, and adhering to company policies while delivering a legendary customer experience. Part-time role based in Duluth, MN at Bass Pro Shops.
