Memory Care Support Partner 7pm-7am $18-24 (Full Time)

Conduct memory care support duties from 7pm to 7am, creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments while observing their interests to implement engagement plans. Manage the physical environment by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms for routines, and partner with residents to achieve daily life goals from waking to sleeping. Document resident care and condition changes, assist with team orientation, and provide physical support including lifting up to 50 pounds and helping with mobility and fall recovery. This full-time role at Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia N Royalton location requires a positive attitude, computer skills, and criminal clearance.
