Job Summary
Conduct memory care support duties from 7:00pm to 7:00am, Wednesday and Thursday, creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments and implementing personalized engagement plans. Manage daily living activities by preparing dining areas, setting up event spaces, and guiding residents through their nighttime routines. Document resident care changes, assist with mobility and fall safety, and orient new team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods. This part-time role at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR, requires physical stamina for standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and active movement throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Love for residents
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents
- Ability to stand, walk, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to assist persons after a fall
- Criminal clearance
