Memory Care Support Partner $17-$21/hr 7a-7p(Full Time)

Memory Care Support Partner responsible for empathetic resident engagement and daily care within a Pinnacle Groves Senior Living memory care neighborhood. Responsibilities include understanding residents' interests and abilities, developing and implementing engagement plans, documenting care and condition changes, orienting residents to daily routines, and assisting with activities of daily living. Requires ability to read/write English, use a computer for documentation, physical stamina to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop, and the capacity to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
