Job Summary
Lead and coach the Memory Care team to provide outstanding, person-centered care while ensuring residents receive individualized services that meet their changing needs. Deliver quality engagement programs, support staff hiring and training, and partner with families and physicians to ensure excellent communication. Lead care plan meetings, manage staffing and labor expenses, and maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies. Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotations for after-hours support.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors living with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic systems
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Flexible schedule, including participation in Manager-on-Duty rotations
