Job Summary
Memory Care Partner provides residents with ADL assistance, supports dignity and resident rights, and helps meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include assisting with meals and dining-room setup, monitoring residents’ condition per LOC, documenting daily activities, responding to calls, maintaining safety practices, updating assignment sheets, facilitating mobility and transfers with proper body mechanics, and fostering positive relationships with residents and families.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school education
- Non-Certification with proper training, or possession of valid state certification as C.N.A.
Desired Qualifications
- High school education
- CNA certification or proper training
- Experience in senior care or nursing home environment preferred
Additional Requirements
- Background Screening Requirement: Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
