Job Summary
Set up medications and assist residents with self-administration per physician orders and nursing direction. Record and document all assistance on Medication Assistance Records (MARs) immediately, ensuring no blanks and documenting PRN reasons and effectiveness. Maintain criminal record clearance and pass required health screenings including physicals, TB tests, and drug screens. Obtain current basic first aid certification within the first 30 days of hire. Work Sunday through Monday from 2pm to 10:30pm at Westmont of Culver City, an assisted living and memory care community.
Required Qualifications
- Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
- Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
- Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
