Job Summary
Conduct resident assessments, care, treatment, and evaluation while providing caring support to our family of residents. Deliver daily diagnostic imaging coverage including medication administration, hygiene assistance, and mobility support for the geriatric population. Maintain accurate documentation of care plans and monitor vital signs in compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. Work a full-time evening shift in a collaborative team environment within Orange, Madison, Louisa, Spotsylvania, Greene, Fauquier, or Rappahannock counties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN)
- Currently licensed as an LPN, and in good standing, with the Virginia State Board of Nursing
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience (1-3 years) in a nursing capacity is preferred
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted living environment and with the geriatric population is a plus
