Memory Care Leader

Oversee daily operations of the Legacy Lane memory care program, ensuring dementia care best practices are fully implemented and resident safety is maintained through daily rounds. Collaborate with leadership to educate campus staff on dementia topics, serve as the Dementia Champion, and support efforts to maintain appropriate resident populations. Participate in Resident First Meetings to develop personalized Service Plans, maintain open communication with the staffing coordinator for specialized care, and conduct interviews for new Legacy team members. This role requires an Associate's degree and one to three years of relevant experience.
