Job Summary
Create an inviting, homelike atmosphere in memory care apartments and common areas. Prepare and serve family-style dining while guiding residents through table setting and cleanup. Ensure residents receive snacks and hydration three times daily. Engage residents in the Neighborhood to provide meaningful experiences. Assist with sitting, standing, and walking, including fall recovery. This role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Shifts run 8am to 6pm on Wednesdays through Saturdays. Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to assist persons after a fall
- Criminally cleared
- Available for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts
- Available for 8:00am to 6:0pm shift schedule
