Job Summary
Memory Care Homemaker responsible for creating an inviting, homelike, and tidy environment in memory care; be a Mealtime Maven by assisting in family-style dining and guiding residents to participate; act as a Snack Specialist to ensure residents have snacks and hydration three times a day; serve as a Caring Connector by engaging residents and providing meaningful experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Criminal background clearance required
