Memory Care Director

Manage day-to-day operations of the memory care neighborhood, supervising team members and volunteers while developing and distributing care and programming assignments. Create and maintain a six-month record of scheduled programs, ensuring full activity coverage seven days a week with schedules prepared one month in advance. Conduct quarterly resident surveys, implement Salus Signature programs, and collaborate with the Wellness Director on clinical changes and new resident reviews. Drive the community vehicle, maintain resident birthday lists, and ensure all staff complete required Valeo training and orientation. Meet monthly budget targets for labor hours and discuss variances with the General Manager.
