Job Summary
Memory Care Director oversees the memory care department, including hiring, guiding and supervising staff, coordinating with community leaders, and ensuring programs meet residents' needs. Responsibilities include administration of the Special Needs Program as outlined by ED and Cascade Living Group, supervising team performance, lead staffing and onboarding, scheduling, coordinating life enrichment activities for Alzheimer's and Dementia support groups, timely reporting, and active participation in required trainings. Requires an ALF/RCF Administrators License, minimum 4 years in a senior living management role, compliance with care plans and reporting, and availability for on-call and weekend coverage. Salary range $65,000-$75,000 annually; benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, education assistance, and more.
