Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the memory care unit, overseeing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Develop and implement individualized care plans while conducting regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being. Communicate the facility's operating philosophy to residents, families, and responsible parties. This role ensures the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment for aging guests and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state RN nursing license
