Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations and leadership of the Memory Care Neighborhood, ensuring compliance with Flourish Memory Care program standards, community policies, and state regulations. Manage resident care associates in partnership with the Health and Wellness Director, while overseeing therapeutic programming, entertainment, and service planning to achieve occupancy goals. Implement and monitor the Flourish Restore, Flourish Enrich, Flourish Connect, Flourish Create, Flourish Engage, and Flourish Contribute points of distinction. Address complex behavioral issues and educate staff and families on Alzheimer's and dementia topics. Requires three to five years of experience working with individuals with dementia, including leading programs and handling behavioral challenges. Mid-level role with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
