Memory Care Director

Implement the Atria philosophy within the Memory Care neighborhood by maintaining a joyful environment for residents with dementia. Develop, create, plan, organize, and lead daily programs 24/7, including monthly calendars based on engagement dimensions and best practices. Collaborate with the wellness team to complete resident assessments and facilitate problem-solving for challenging behaviors. Lead staff through hiring, training, and evaluation, ensuring all personnel complete required orientations and dementia-specific job descriptions. Conduct monthly in-service training, delegate programming facilitation, and partner with the Care Coordination Director to meet quality enhancement guidelines and communicate resident status to families. Support the sales process by participating in tours, conducting outside sales calls, and maintaining professional ties with clinical and non-clinical contacts. Drive from the community to social destinations using a company or personal vehicle. Schedule runs Sunday through Thursday.
