Supervise all MTs, CNAs, and cottage staff while recruiting, hiring, and directing daily operations. Orient, monitor training progress, and reinforce state-required competencies for your team. Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Executive Director to implement state regulations, manage on-duty coverage, and plan community events. Develop resident care plans, coordinate medication administration, audit MARs, and ensure physician orders are followed. Create person-centered activities and life skills programming to support the memory care philosophy. Complete resident assessments and conduct professional care plan meetings with families as a licensed advocate.
