Memory Care Coordinator

Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards while championing the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming. Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities, partner with clinical leadership to ensure safety and care needs are met, and support families through meetings, education, and monthly support groups. Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors, and medication oversight. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, the department budget, and financial performance. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards.
