Memory Care Coordinator

Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards while championing the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming. Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days, partnering with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration, and care needs are met. Support families through meetings, education, and monthly support groups, then monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors, and medication oversight. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, while overseeing the department budget and financial performance to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards.
